Evaluates your child’s strengths, challenges, and needs
Submits documentation to insurance
Parent input is welcomed to guide goals
2. Individualized Treatment Plan
BCBA creates a custom ABA plan tailored to your child
Targets communication, social skills, functional life skills, and behavior support
Goals are measurable and realistic
3. Therapy begins
Delivered by a trained Behavior Therapist (BT) under BCBA supervision
1:1 sessions scheduled at a convenient time
Parents encouraged to participate to reinforce learning at home
Skills are practiced in real-life settings (parks, stores, malls)
Promotes generalization and long-term maintenance
Ensures independence across multiple environments
5. Parent Training & Coaching
Families learn strategies to reinforce skills and manage behavior
Training supports daily routines and continued progress outside sessions
Empowers parents to actively support their child’s growth
6. Ongoing monitoring & progress tracking
BCBA team monitors progress with data-driven analysis
Treatment plans updated regularly
Parents receive updates to stay involved
